You can Study in Canada as a Minor even if you are not a Canadian citizen or Permanent Resident. Below you can find all the information about Child schooling.

Age of Majority is 18 in most of the provinces and territories and is 19 years in few.

The child can come with any one of the parents or parents can choose to have one local legal guarding or custodian for the child who is less than 17 years of age.

A parent or the guardian/ custodian must provide all the care and support required by the child during his/her stay in Canada.

Custodian/Guardian must be a Canadian citizen or Permanent resident who is an adult and is mentally and physically capable of providing all the care and support to the child under his custody.

Custodianship Declaration Form is required to be filled and submitted along with the application

A minor child who wants to study for six months or more must apply for a study permit before entering Canada. This is true for all the parents even if they come with a study permit or work permit.

You need a Letter of Acceptance from a Canadian school before you apply for a Study permit

Accompanying parent and guardian might get a visitor visa but he will not be able to do work in Canada unless he qualifies in any other stream and gets his work permit. Study as a minor in Canada does not guarantee any work permit to accompany the parent

You need to prove to the Visa Officer that you have sufficient legal funds and resources like Income Tax Retunes and proof of income to support the child and accompanying parents living expenses as well as the tuition fee.
